Introduction

When you visit our website, information is collected about you which is used to customise and improve our content on the website as well as adverts on third-party websites. We collect information about you only in cases where it is relevant to us and to your activity on our website.

Cookies

Our website uses "cookies". Visits to our website

When you visit our website, we collect the following data about you:

This type of data is collected to optimise the user experience and the website's functionality, to provide targeted advertising – including remarketing – and for similar purposes. Processing of this information is necessary in order for us to improve the website and show relevant content to you.


Google Analytics

Your IP address is anonymised vis-à-vis Google, so it will not be known to Google when you visit our website. We use Google Analytics to track user behaviour, such as the number of visitors to the website, and how they are referred to and use the site.


Although Google Analytics will register data about your device, internet browser, and geographical location, this will not include information allowing you to be identified.


If you deactivate cookies in your browser, Google will not be able to track your visits to our website.


Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager to improve the user experience on our website by providing individually targeted information to you as our visitor.


Google Tag Manager is coding which permits user behaviour at the website to be tracked. It then sends the data to our account with Google Analytics. Based on the data, we can make potential improvements and changes to the website.


Contact forms

If you use one of the contact forms on our website, the information you enter will be sent to the relevant contact.


Depending on the type of your enquiry, your data will be transferred to our CRM system. The data will then either be assigned to an existing account, or a new account will be created. This information will be stored until you want it deleted. If the data concerns an existing or future order, or is governed by applicable legislation, the information will be stored for at least five years.


The purpose is to be able to properly respond to your enquiry.


E-mail – Newsletter

If you sign up for our newsletter, we will collect the following information:


  • First and last name
  • E-mail address


The purpose of collecting this information is to be able to send our newsletters to you. Your information will be stored only for as long as you wish to receive our newsletters.


If you no longer wish to receive any newsletters from us, you can cancel your subscription to newsletters via the link at the bottom of the newsletter.

For instance during normal access to the content, if you sign up for our newsletter, participate in competitions or surveys, register as a user or subscriber, or otherwise use services or make purchases via the website and our webshop.

Your information will be used only for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted once this purpose is fulfilled or no longer relevant.


We have taken technical and organisational measures to prevent accidental or illegal deletion, publication, loss, or corruption of your information as well as disclosure to unauthorised entities and abuse or other processing in violation of applicable laws.


Storage period

The information will be stored for the period of time allowed under applicable laws and will be deleted when it is no longer required. The duration of this period will depend on the type of information and the reason for its storage. Therefore it is not possible to specify a general timeframe for the deletion of information.


Disclosure of information

The data on your use of our website, the advertising you receive and possibly access, your geographical location, gender and age segment, etc., will be disclosed to third parties only to the extent that this information is known. The information is used to target advertising.


In addition, we co-operate with a number of third parties for storing and processing data. These parties process the information exclusively on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.


Personal information such as your name and e-mail address, etc., will be disclosed only with your consent. We use data processors only from the EU or other countries which can guarantee sufficient protection of your information.


Access and complaints
